Earlier, a promo video was launched that talked about the various features of the penta-lens camera. It talks about “10X more light capture”, “5 simultaneous shots”, Stunning HDR photography, refocus etc. Since this is a promo video, there is a huge possibility for these features to be true. The promo video also confirms that the Nokia 9 PureView will sport a 5.99-inch QHD resolution 3D glass OLED display, 2K resolution display with HDR10 support, in-display fingerprint sensor, Snapdragon 845 SoC and 6GB RAM. Earlier, we talked about a very recent leak publicised by Google that tipped about its specifications. According to that leak. The Nokia 9 PureView will sport a 6-inch display and runs Android Pie out-of-the-box. The smartphone will have a 4GB RAM that will be coupled with an internal storage of up to 128GB. It will be incorporated with a fingerprint scanner, which will lack ‘Zero-touch Support’. The Nokia 9 PureView will come with 18W fast charging and telephony support in all likelihood. Alongside this smartphone, in the same leak, Google tipped about the Nokia 1 Plus.
According to that leak, the Nokia 1 Plus will sport a 480×960 resolution display with 4x ARM Cortex-ARM (1,500 MHz) CPU. The device will include Imagination Tech PowerVR GE8100 (570 MHz) GPU, 213 DPI and 1GB RAM. Coming back to the Nokia 9 PureView, the smartphone will probably launch on February 24, before the Mobile World Congress kicks off. If not then, we reckon, the handset will launch in the midst of the Mobile World Congress scheduled between 25-28 February.
