Some of the confirmed details about the Redmi Y3 is that it will sport a 32MP selfie camera, house a 4,000mAh battery, sport a gradient back panel, come with dual rear cameras and feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Yesterday, the company officially released a teaser video on its Twitter handle showcasing the Redmi Y3’s durability as it was pushed down a flight of stairs. The video confirmed the rear camera, gradient back as well as the presence of the rear fingerprint scanner. Here, we are listing down the expected specification of the upcoming Redmi Y3. It is should be noted that the company had already used the Snapdragon 625 SoC in its previous Redmi Y2, so using the same chipset in the successor of the device seems a little unlikely. Xiaomi has also used the same processor in Redmi Note 4 as well so that makes the chipset a dated one. But there is a possibility that Xiaomi might be adding some software enhancements to increase the performance of the upcoming Redmi Y3.
