Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is the largest of the three smartphones in the new series. You get a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED screen (Infinity-O display) with a pixel count of 511ppi. As for the processor, you get either Exynos 990 CPU with two RAM options of 12GB and 16GB paired with 128GB or 512GB. Both the storage options can be expanded by up to 1TB via a microSD card. As for the camera set up, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra consists of a 108-megapixel camera sensor with an f/1.8 aperture along with a 48-megapixel telephoto sensor with f/3.5 aperture. Further assisted by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a ToF VGA camera. The camera system supports 10x Hybrid Optic Zoom and 100x Super-Resolution Zoom. On the front, there is a 40-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. The device houses a 5000mAh battery that is supported by 45W fast charging it also supports wireless charging and PowerShare feature.
