According to Microsoft, the Windows 11 2022 update is available for download and will be distributed in more than 190 nations worldwide. Along with updating and improving existing functionality, the update introduces new ones. The new Windows 11 2022 update now allows you to create folders for your app in Start. By grouping your pinned apps into folders, you can keep what’s important nearby. To make a folder, pick one app and drag it onto another. View favourite files in Office.com and File Explorer. File Explorer users can add files to their favourites list to view them in File Explorer Home and Office.com. Ensure that your Microsoft account, as well as any work or school accounts, are active. Add the file to your favourites by selecting and holding (or right-click) the file > Add to Favorites. With the most recent Windows 11 update, users can now create an emoji to represent their family by altering the number of individuals, skin tones, and other factors. Open the emoji panel and type “family” by pressing the Windows logo key plus (.). Press + after choosing a family. Create a video by selecting it in Clipchamp. Create your video from scratch or using a template, then add text, stock art, and stickers to make it unique. Enable voice access so you can speak instead of typing. Use your voice to control apps, write emails, search the web, and more. To get started, select Start > Settings > Accessibility > Speech > Voice access. For any audio content, use live captions. Take notes during meetings and while listening to your favourite podcasts. You may choose the font, text colour, text size, and more with the new Windows 11 update. Turn on live captions in your quick settings panel or in Settings > Accessibility > Captions. Swipe up at the taskbar’s centre from the bottom edge of your screen to bring up the Start menu. On the system tray, swipe up to access fast settings. Create a layout for your Start menu. To change your layout and view more pinned things or recommended files, select and hold (or right-click) anywhere in Start. By conserving resources in Efficiency mode, you can increase PC performance. To limit the resources an app is using, select and hold (or right-click) the app in Task Manager, then choose Efficiency mode. You may benefit from a quicker, more energy-efficient system as a result. Ctrl + Shift + Esc will launch Task Manager. With newly styled flyouts that show centred above your taskbar, you can quickly see and adjust your volume and screen brightness levels. Moreover, to access the controller bar and resume your most recent game, press the Nexus button on your controller. To help you reduce distractions that take you away from the task at hand, Microsoft is also introducing Focus sessions and Do Not Disturb. Windows will enable Do Not Disturb, which silences notifications, as you begin a new focus session. It will also disable taskbar badges and programme notifications on your taskbar. Additionally, Focus is linked with the Clock App, starting a countdown to aid concentration and even prompting you to take breaks. Do not disturb automatically turns on when you’re sharing your screen, playing a game, and more. To choose when it turns on, select Start > Settings > System > Notifications > Turn on do not disturb automatically.

If you already use Windows 11, you can select Check for updates in the Windows Update settings (Settings > Windows Update) and proceed to install the update. You can choose to Check for updates in Windows Update settings (Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update) if you are using Windows 10.
